Inhousedays are the perfect way to learn more about a specific company. During an inhouseday, the participants travel all the way from Groningen to the company (usually not located in Groningen!). Typically the day starts with a lunch, after which there will be a caseround. The day will end with a social in which the participants are able to talk to the employers of the company in an informal way.

In advance of the trip to Beijing we have visited several inhousedays in the Netherlands to get a broader view of the job perspective of an econometrician. We have visited several institutions in all fields of econometrics:
